the breeze has cooled, ahh...

 

any plans for the weekend?

i know i'm ready to pick up more tomatoes from

my favorite tomato lady at the flea market.

yUmMo!

 

last weekend eLijAh and my husband found

 some rusty can lids while they went desert walking.

so last night i got around to working on some

fun halloween with them.

here's a pic of the gussied up can lid prize ribbon

in progress...

 

i'm not sure if it will be an ornament or a super large brooch.

some lids i may paint to make large focal pendants.

we'll see what evolves!
